- We fixed a bug in which the AI Receptionist asked, “Are you still there?” during Spanish calls. Now, the AI Receptionist says, “¿Estás ahí?” on Spanish-language calls instead.

You can now have AI Receptionist send text messages instantly to your callers as soon as the call ends.
You can send a thank-you note to keep the caller interested, intake forms for qualified leads, additional information on your company, a link to a document to sign, or anything else — as long as it fits within a text message.
🔗 Hubspot Integration
HubSpot is one of the largest and most well respected providers of inbound marketing software, so it’s no surprise that our clients have requested that AI Receptionist integrate with it.
With the Smith.ai and HubSpot integration, AI Receptionist can now:
- Look up existing contacts by email
- Add and update existing contact records
- Add calls as "events" within a contact record
- Add call summaries to these events

🔤 Improved name and email spelling
To improve the accuracy of contact information and reduce call repetition, AI Receptionist will now prompt callers to spell their name and email.
✨ Sign-up with Google Business Profile
New AI Receptionist clients can sign up for our services using a Google account, and connect their Google Business Profile. This will prefill their relevant business information, such as business name, website URL, and location.

Appointment booking is live! Voice Assistant can now book appointments on your calendar of choice — no coding required, and no text messages that get ignored. It’s all done in real-time on the call, with human receptionists verifying the successful appointment booking, making scheduling reliable for both you and your callers.
