Dynamic Playbook Correction
— AI Receptionist now switches call handling playbooks mid-call when callers correct themselves or provide new context. For example, if a caller initially says they're an existing client but later clarifies they're new, AI Receptionist will automatically pivot from the Existing Client call handling playbook to the Potential New Client playbook for improved accuracy.Fixes
- Fixed an issue where AI Receptionist would repeat the closing statement at the end of a call. AI Receptionist now delivers the single statement configured for each respective call type.
