New Features
📱 Smart Team Directory Transfers
Your Team Directory can now be used to seamlessly connect callers to the right team member upon request. With this feature enabled, AI Receptionist will automatically transfer callers to the right team member when they ask for a member of your Team Directory by name.
With the check of a box, your AI Receptionist can:
- Understand when a caller asks to speak to a member of your Team Directory
- Request the caller’s name and reason for calling prior to transferring
- Bypass your call playbook and transfer the caller directly to their requested team member
You can enable team directory transfers in your call handling settings. Check out our HelpDoc for easy setup instructions.

Custom Service-Based Qualification Question
— For call playbooks with service type qualification enabled, you can now customize how your AI Receptionist asks about callers’ service needs. Expanded Qualifying Service Fields
— We’ve added an additional 10 fields so you can now list up to 20 options for service-based qualification.Enhanced Qualification Flow
