📲 Caller ID Controls for Transfers
You can now choose which caller ID appears for calls transferred from AI Receptionist: either your Smith.ai number or the caller’s number. This update lets you prioritize answering according to your preferences.
To adjust this setting, navigate to your call handling settings in your AI Receptionist dashboard. Simply select your preferred option under Caller ID on Transferred Calls
