I hope this message finds you well. I made a payment yesterday for Invoice BIBVYANH0001 (Receipt No. 2413-7672) in the amount of $270.00 to upgrade our service to the Virtual Receptionist plan. After further consideration with my business partner, we have decided not to move forward with this upgrade at this time. I am therefore requesting either: A refund of the $270 or credit memo to my account

Air is disqualifying callers but the areas are listed in the FAQ

We have multiple locations and need the bot to relay this information to callers. Currently, VA only supports adding one business address to the dashboard.

And because we pay for each call, it would be very helpful if there would be some way for us to have the system tell people during certain hours what our business hours are when we are closed so that they don't expect a call back right away. We had someone yesterday called repeatedly and get your service three times because they didn't know that we were not going to be open and available to return the call till the next morning. So when I'm paying in the future $3 or more per call I certainly want to avoid that from happening. So let's talk about whether it would be possible to add some sort of a layer that includes hours of operation. Thank you!
