I made a payment yesterday for Invoice BIBVYANH0001 (Receipt No. 2413-7672) in the amount of $270.00 to upgrade our service to the Virtual Receptionist plan.
After further consideration with my business partner, we have decided not to move forward with this upgrade at this time. I am therefore requesting either:
A refund of the $270 or credit memo to my account
