I do not have my name listed on the team/transfer list because I do not want the calls transferred and can not list myself without providing a transfer. I want the receptionist to just take a message and forward it to me. I have a Q&A set up that answers how the clients can contact me, but the AI agent does not seem to be referencing that when callers want to speak with me directly. It tells them that there is noone by that name. This is creating confusion. Is there a way to list team members without listing a forwarding number?
