Choose the live agent features you want within your AI Receptionist dashboard:
Human verification – agents verify info collected by the AI.
Caller-initiated escalation – agents take over when asked by your caller.
Live agent scheduling – A caller type playbook is set to schedule an appointment using a non-integrated calendar.
Live agent playbook handoff – A caller type playbook is set to have calls handled by a Live Agent.
