🚫 Disqualifying Services
New lead handling options let you choose how strictly AI Receptionist qualifies callers based on their service need.
When a caller requests a service that is not among your listed qualified services, you can choose for your AI Receptionist to handle these calls one of three ways:
- Take a message for any service
- Politely decline and end the call for any service not offered
- Take a message for most, but decline specific services

Improvements
Live Agent Interactions Added to Call Log
— CSV call log downloads from your AI Receptionist dashboard now include a column showing which live-agent add-ons were used on each call (e.g., escalation, verification, scheduling.)Fixes
- Fixed an issue where AI Receptionist couldn’t complete bookings due to technical errors. AI Receptionist now auto-escalates to a live agent when AI scheduling is unsuccessful (e.g., API errors, timeouts), at no additional cost.
- Fixed unexpected Calendly AI scheduling behavior related to caller rescheduling requests.
