PROBLEM
Despite VA being Self-Serve, there are multiple points of friction that can impede adoption/activation - namely call forwarding.
This is an opportunity for us to use the COB team to spend 15 minutes helping users overcome barriers to adoption and ask UXR-style questions that help us glean customer insights critical to achieving PMF.

Goal: Give new users access to COB resources early in lifecycle to facilitate a "smoother" onboarding before we go to market with a proper automated solution.
We can inject a CTA to book a COB appointment, as described above, in the onboarding checklist module. I think we can also add this as part of our new user welcome drip email campaign.
